Lunch

Dear St. Raphael Parents,

Please see on the right hand side the lunch calendar order forms. Order forms can be turned in to the school office.  Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions about our lunch program.

• Lunches are $4.75 and include a drink.
• Preschool lunches are $3.00 and half the size.
• Fresh fruit and vegetables are also available every day.
• All milk is 1% and delivered weekly.
• Without a lunch, milk/juice can be purchased for .50.

On the bottom of the order form, circle the DATES your child is ordering, not the amount of lunches.  Please keep the calendar portion of the form with dates circled to remind you of what days were ordered.

Checks should be made payable to St. Raphael.

If your child is absent and ordered lunch, you may take a credit on the next month’s order form, please note the date missed.  Credits are only given for absences and can only be taken in the next month.

If a child forgets a lunch, one will be given to them along with a note for payment.  If a child forgets 3 times, without turning in payment, they will be given cheese and crackers.  If a child brings a lunch, but wants to buy instead, they will be told no.  The students have to eat what their parents have made for them.

FOOD ALLERGY NOTICE:  Please be advised that food prepared here may contain these ingredients:  milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish.

For more information regarding allergies, you can stop by school and I will be more than happy to go over ingredients with you.
